What does the citizen need to open the business account in USA?
I am US citizen and I want to start a small business. I understand that I need to register the company, get some TAX number, register the business name. Finally I need to establish a business account for my new company.
Can anyone please tell me the whole process in details?
What do I need to establish the business bank account? How and where do I get all these things? How much time and money would it take? I really need the instruction for dummies :) A detailed instruction how to establish a company and business account would be VERY appreciated!
Brad said that I need to have an established business with a name and federal tax ID# and then I can take the information to the bank. Thanks, Brad. So I just need some business registration document and Tax ID? Just 2 things? Can you please clarify how do I get these things?
Gerald sent me to the City Hall... Does it mean that ALL I need to register is located at City Hall? Then I can go to the bank and open a business account?
